Most people aren’t unwilling to stand up for their faith — they’re scared to look stupid. So the default becomes silence, or gray-area faith: one thing on Sunday, another the other six days.
We built Kingdom Impact Network to close that gap.

Trained. We train you in Kingdom principles — real theological depth, apologetics, and a working understanding of what you believe and why, so you’re never caught without an answer.
Equipped. We equip you with the resources and relationships to actually carry it — a community of builders around you, not just content in front of you.
Sent. Then we send you — into your marketplace, your family, your friend group, your platform — to build a Kingdom life that’s impossible to ignore.
This is the whole arc. Not information. Transformation. Not a networking group. A sending.

Kingdom Impact Network equips men and women of faith to know what they believe, defend it with truth and grace, and live it out loud — through discipleship, training, and a community that doesn’t do gray-area faith.
Our Vision
A generation of builders who no longer live in gray-area faith — trained, connected, and bold enough to shape the culture instead of being shaped by it. A global network of Kingdom builders, sharpened through community, unafraid to engage the hardest questions of our time with both conviction and grace.
The measure that matters: not dollars. Not followers. Millions of ONE MORES coming to live in the Kingdom, through Micro Platforms of builders who make more builders.
The framework underneath everything we build
Kingdom Impact Network is built on Kingdomism.
Most organizations run top-down — a leader at the top, everyone else serving the leader’s goals. We’re building around something different: a third way, distinct from capitalism, socialism, or communism, where Kingdom Impact — not profit, not scale — is the primary KPI.
It’s the paradox Jesus taught: the one who wants to lead has to serve. Profit and growth aren’t the point — they’re the tool. The point is whether this helped someone take a step closer to Jesus.
Whole-life, not side-project
Every builder worships something.
Business, household, body, mind, family, career, platform — all of it is construction, and all of it is worship. The only real question is who it’s for.
We call the people here builders, not entrepreneurs — because this isn’t just for founders. The mom building a household. The employee building a career. The student building a mind. Everyone is building something. The question is always: Him first, or self first?

Where we stand
We’re not neutral. On purpose.
A lot of churches and ministries stay quiet on the issues that matter most, hoping to offend no one. We’ve made a different call.
The convictions that shape how you worship should shape how you engage family, life, government, and culture. So we don’t dance around the hard conversations — we name them, study them, and train people to answer them with truth and grace.
This isn’t about a political party. It’s about refusing to separate what you believe on Sunday from how you engage the world the other six days.
Our operating convictions
What we actually believe.

Him first. Then build. Everyone worships something; God cares about the order of our worship. Him-first isn’t anti-ambition — it’s rightly ordered ambition.

All of life is a build. No sacred/secular split. Business, household, body, mind, family, platform — all of it is construction, all of it is worship.

You can’t out-earn a rescue. Grace is structural here, not rhetorical. Striving doesn’t get to masquerade as sanctification.

Truth over therapy. Christ over consciousness. Repentance over reclamation. Kingdom over self. We’re the alternative to self-first spirituality — not a Christianized version of it.

Boldness by default. Faith and values are never hedged or softened for reach. Polarizing on purpose.

Servant leadership. Leaders serve first. The one who wants to lead has to serve.

Reps over information. Confidence in faith comes from reps — praying out loud, sharing the gospel, standing publicly. We train by doing.

Believer
Faith is real, but mostly private. The starting point for most of us: gray-area faith, a life split into sacred and secular.
Beacon
Faith goes public. You become a light in your family, your workplace, your community — trained to articulate what you believe and why, with both truth and grace.
Builder
You’re actively constructing something that carries the mission beyond you — a platform, a ministry, a body of work, a community you’re leading others into.
Business
Your entire organization runs on Kingdom-first values: servant leadership, generosity as an operating line, Kingdom Impact as the real bottom line.
Nobody skips the surrender along the way. The free front door stays free — moving through this path is discipleship, not a sales funnel.
Built to grow
This is just the beginning.
As Kingdom Impact Network grows, here’s the direction we’re building toward:
Apologetics and worldview training — real theological depth, without the seminary gatekeeping.
Kingdom Coaching — one-on-one and group coaching for builders who want to get intentional about their purpose and their walk.
A higher-trust builders’ network — for people ready to do business, ministry, and life alongside others who share this conviction.
Kingdom Impact Media — helping builders learn to create and speak clearly about what they believe, instead of staying quiet out of fear.
Live gatherings — retreats and in-person events, because some of this only happens face to face.
None of it replaces the first thing. The first thing is always a group of people, going through something real together, learning to stand a little bolder than they did the week before.
The story behind the mission
You can’t out-earn a rescue.
Worship at Red Rocks.
Josh spent fifteen years running — drugs, alcohol, a lifestyle headed for death — before he was rescued in an instant, at total rock bottom. What followed was a decade of striving to pay God back: chasing gurus, chasing achievement, following man instead of God.
In 2022, at Sleeping Bear Dunes, he got an assignment he wasn’t ready for: lead people to the Kingdom, and do it for free. He said no for three years. Then, in the hardest season of his life, he stopped negotiating.
Kingdom Impact Network is the assignment he ran from — built not by someone who has it all figured out, but by someone who knows exactly what it means to be rescued, and that the only response is to spend your life pointing others toward it.

Kari Schwear
Co-Founder & President
Kari spent years living what she now calls “the gray” — outwardly successful, quietly disconnected, managing more than she was actually living. Her turning point came from getting honest about that gap, which reshaped her marriage, her faith, and her sense of purpose. That same conviction — that faith was never meant to stay in the gray — is exactly what she brings here.
Kari is an executive and life coach, published author, and founder of GrayTonic, where she’s spent years helping leaders move from success to significance. At Kingdom Impact Network, she’s the shepherd — she owns the community itself: the tone, the atmosphere, the feeling of actually being welcomed rather than just signed up.
